You can get yourself individually trained and certified in D4 by taking a series of individual seminar-style modules  over a period of six months.  If your organisation wants to apply D4 to one of its programmes you can arrange for your staff to be trained through in-house courses.

Courses to Certification level consist of five modules (Introduction, Outcome, Money, Story and People) over four days with a test at the end of each day. They are provided by Isochron's franchised training partner, Logical Model Ltd. For best results the training should be taken as attendees are about to start involvement in a programme or project.

Isochron offers a formal Examination and Viva leading to Accreditation for people who have gained a Certificate and then applied D4 to one or more programmes or projects. The Examination and Viva are normally taken on the same day.  Accreditation is not easy to achieve but marks mastery of D4.

End-user and Reseller Licences entitle organisations to openly use the D4 method and to get access to support packages and discounts. They come with a complete set of materials including CDs with hypertext book, glossary, charts, menus and paths, templates and value drivers.

Over the past two decades Alan Fowler has authored a book, delivered many key note speeches on making change happen and has written many articles across a variety of publications.
