introductory package
You can easily arrange to take an Introductory Package by contacting Isochron (link beneath) and discussing the best timing for your personnel to take the training course in the context of a pilot programme or project. The online support package which comes with the introduction will then give you a level of follow-up continuity while you become more familiar with D4.
support
Face-to-face support with a D4 guru:
Premium Support gets you pre-booked guaranteed time for any purpose
and Standard Support gets you days on demand for specified
purposes.
Offsite support:
Gives you support the up-to-date way by webcam, telephone and email
for discussion, coaching, and QA of outputs. Buy in advance and
call off time.
end user licence
An End User licence can be taken for a Single Region (e.g. UK; USA; specified EU country) or Global territorial basis. It can be taken one year at a time (Annual) or in perpetuity (Lifetime). It will entitle your organisation to full use of the D4 method and to materials and updates.
reseller licence
A Reseller licence can be taken for a Single Region (e.g. UK; USA; specified EU country) or Global territorial basis. It can be taken one year at a time (Annual) or in perpetuity (Lifetime). Subject to Isochron agreement it will entitle your organisation to resell the D4 method and to be supported with presentation and sales material and other materials and updates.
