![]() Alan Fowler is the Chairman of Isochron. He authored the D4 method, having originated the core concepts with David Franks in 1989. Alan set up Isochron in 2002 and has deployed services applying D4 in both the private and public sector. ![]() Shabir Hussain is the Managing Director of Isochron. He has 15 years' experience of managerial roles in the financial services and banking sectors and private and public sector, specialising in delivering outcomes that turn strategy into commercial reality. ![]() David Franks is an lateral thinker and polymath who helped to stimulate the key ideas about time and business that underlie the D4 method. Whilst now retired he still stimulates ideas in all whom he meets. ![]() Andrew Holmes is the author of eighteen books including "Failsafe IS Project Delivery" and "Commoditisation and the Strategic Response". He is experienced in both public and private sectors. ![]() Simon Harris is an accredited trainer. His company Logical Model Ltd which is Isochron's training franchisee for D4 and an ATO to APMG's quality regime with rights to administer Prince2™. ![]() Greg Hawes is an experienced programme director and consultant with exceptionally wide experience in Government and large programmes. He is one of the original members of the Isochron Group. ![]() Richard Allman has worked for a FTSE top 30 company in senior management and executive roles both in the UK and in Europe and later managed large-scale change in the public sector. ![]() Jim Byers is highly experienced in operations improvement and change management in both the Public and Private sectors. ![]() Gavin Bowden-Hall is a director of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Services (SSAPS Ltd). He is has a deep understanding of all aspects of sourcing and procurement. ![]() Nigel Albon is a catalyst for making projects burst into life. With his natural networking ability he makes things happen to ensure projects deliver their goals and deliver benefits to the stakeholders. |
