Isochron is a company founded in 2002 to transform the way projects are delivered. It has created, tested and proved techniques which enable businesses to be more certain of achieving  both the changes and the payback promised in project business cases. The results speak for themselves.

At the heart of Isochron's services is the transfer of a range of practical techniques to business managers and PMO staff. We do this by on-the-job coaching supplemented with training so as to enable people working in "business as usual" to make change happen and to own the change.

Each of the techniques is rooted in groundwork of science and practical experience, yet is simple in concept and easy to learn.  Applying the techniques challenges people to understand what their customers and stakeholders want and exactly how their organisation gains and spends money. Working from research and many pilots in real business programmes and projects over the 15 years between 1987 and 2002, Isochron originated the Dimension Four® method.  The approach brings together a dozen different techniques in different combinations to produce self-checking pathways.

Whilst "begin with the end in mind" has always been a creed of good project management, the Dimension Four® method  gives the how-to and the discipline to turn principle into solid practice. D4 strictly applies a right-to-left approach that rigorously maintains the focus on business outcomes.
